The Virtual Estimator portal is so easy to use. Register to create your account and then after that a login allows you to manage your users and view your jobs. Posting a job is simply a case of either uploading a PDF, or giving us an address, and then clicking responses to a few question buttons before paying by credit card, and sending the job on its way for us to produce an estimate for you.
Managing users who can use the system is super simple. As is viewing the jobs we return to you. The entire system has a database at the back end for security and backup purposes, meaning you don’t need to worry about losing your estimates.
The “Address” option within Virtual Estimator allows you to simply enter an address and we can provide you with an estimate of the property at this location. The beauty of this is that you can perform an inspection on a customer’s property without even needing to drive there. It can also provide a wealth of information before you consider accepting the job.
Following on from the previous benefit, work on existing properties is made much safer for estimates that would require you to work at heights or in cases where the site may not be safe. Not having to travel to a property to provide an estimate can often provide considerable safety benefits.

The Virtual Estimator service provides a 48-hour turnaround in getting estimates back to you. For an increase in charge, we can provide an even faster turnaround service.
